Here's what we're having for dinner tonight.
Ingredients:
pinapple chunks
soy sauce
garlic
bay leaf
salt
pepper
Main Ingredients:
1 kg beef cut in desired size
garlic
onion
250 g tomato sauce
potatoes
1 bell pepper
2 tbsp liver spread
How to cook:
1. Combine all marinade ingredients and marinate beef overnight.
2. Saute garlic, onion and marinated beef setting aside the marinade.
3. Pour in tomato sauce and let it simmer.
4. Add the marinade and let it simmer.
5. Pour it in a slow cooker adding potatoes and set it on high for 4 hours.
6. Add liver spread and leave for another 1 hour.
7. Add bell pepper, salt and pepper to desired taste.
