Baked Fish in Lemon Pepper

Here’s a quick and easy meal to prepare and cook for busy mothers.  Makes 5 servings.



Ingredients:

1 kg of cod fish fillet or any desired fish
Lemon pepper seasoning or lemon fruit juice and pepper
2 onion sliced
Salt

Procedure:

1.  Pre-heat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius. 
2.  Place the fish fillet in the foil. 
3.  Spread the sliced onion on top of the fillet.  
Season with lemon pepper seasoning or lemon fruit juice and pepper.
4.  Add salt, seal it and place it in a dish.    
5.  Bake it in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
Serve with rice and buttered green peas.
