Stir-Fry Beef in Noodles and Shitake Mushroom


Ingredients:

1/2 kg stir-fry beef
hoisin sauce
rice wine 
flour
2 cloves garlic
1 onion
ginger sliced thinly

1 pack of udon noodles
1/2 pack of Shitake mushroom
2 courgettes
bokchoy
oil
salt
pepper
soy sauce

Procedure:
  1. In a bowl, submerge shitake mushroom in hot water.  Set aside for later use.
  2. In a bowl, combine rice wine, hoisin sauce, flour and stir-fry beef.  Marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. In a stir-fry pan, saute garlic, onion and garlic in oil.  
  4. Then add the marinated stir-fry beef.
  5. Add the shitake mushroom, courgettes and botchoy.
  6. Add udon noodles stir fry until noodles separates.
  7. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper to desired taste.
